Where Are The Best Locations In Aruba To Rent?
Most people who visit Aruba love the sea so most of our clients are keen to get a property that is close to a beach. The most sought-after rentals are located in places such as Palm Beach & Eagle beach which are renowned for their beauty.
Rentals in these areas tend to be more expensive due to the higher demand but there are plenty of other beach-side rentals located in areas that are often just as beautiful but more budget-friendly such as Malmok, Noord and more.
If you enjoy walking we recommend you look for a property around Santa Cruz close to our beautiful national park, or if golf is more your thing then Modanasa near the golf course could be a good location.
If you are looking for more of a city break or just love the busyness of city life then there are plenty of rentals available in the capital Oranjestad. If you need any further information about rentals in Aruba then get in touch with us today.

Types Of Properties Available To Rent
Whatever type of property you are looking for you will be able to find it with us, below are overviews of 3 different property types that we rent out:
Aruba has countless exclusive private villas dotted across the island.
If you’re looking for the perfect place to rent for a family or group vacation rentals or a team getaway then a villa offers the privacy, space and luxury that will make your stay truly memorable, many also offer ocean views.
Villas obviously are very unique with each one having its individual quirks however generally you will find that most Aruba villas have large open-plan communal areas such as the lounge and kitchen, and then private ensuite bathrooms and balconies with each bedroom.
Many of our villas also have swimming pools and jacuzzis in the garden.
A condominium is an apartment where you share ownership of communal areas with the other apartment owners.
Shared ownership includes things like pools, gyms, tennis courts, garages, lifts & elevators, hallways, laundry rooms, communal spaces and gardens.
The costs for maintaining and running all of these facilities will be shared between the residents through the residential association which manages the running and maintenance of all common areas, facilities and services (such as the air conditioning).
A condo makes it more affordable and easier to maintain and use otherwise expensive services and facilities such as a pool, gym or tennis court. Condominiums are a great choice for anyone looking for a long-term rental in Aruba but they can also be booked for vacation rentals. Condos come in all shapes and sizes from a 1-bedroom condo up to 4 or 5 bedrooms.
HousesAruba of course has plenty of houses available for long-term, short-term and vacation rentals too. Houses offer more privacy than a condo with no shared communal areas. Houses are ideal for both short-term rentals and long-term rentals so if you’re looking to rent house in Aruba then get in touch with us today.
Vacation Rentals & Short Term Rentals In Aruba
Aruba vacation rentals are very popular attracting over 1,000,000 bookings a year (covid-19 notwithstanding).
It’s no surprise, with miles of beautiful white beaches such as Malmok beach, Eagle Beach, Palm beach (one of the best beaches in the world!), Noord and many more you will be spoilt for choice.
With a wide range of water sports activities, such as surfing, water skiing, snorkeling, kite surfing and more, available at most beaches, you can easily wile away weeks at the beach….or if you’d prefer you can enjoy the two golf courses that Aruba offers, enjoy fine dining in Oranjestad Aruba’s and enjoy exploring Arikok national park.
There is also a popular butterfly farm, an exotic animal farm, a donkey sanctuary and much more for kids to enjoy.
Another reason why Aruba is a great place for vacation rentals is that it is one of the safest islands in the Caribbean with low levels of crime and being south of the hurricane belt keeps it well sheltered from extreme weather.
